We are sorry that the product stopped working after only six weeks. Under normal installation and operating conditions, this type of LED sign is designed to provide around 5 years of service life. Therefore, failure after only six weeks is abnormal and is not the product performance we expect. We take this case seriously and are willing to identify the exact cause, including the power supply, wiring, LED modules, and installation conditions. The USD 200 refund was not intended to close the case or avoid responsibility. If the failure is confirmed to be related to product quality, we are willing to provide a more appropriate solution, including replacement parts, repair, remanufacture, or additional compensation. We remain willing to resolve this issue fairly and responsibly.
